An applicant tracking system helps employers collect and manage applications. Many systems extract document text and structure, but products and employer configurations vary.
Work Experience, Education and Skills are easy to classify. Creative labels can be paired with a conventional one.
A two-column layout can work well when extracted text remains logical. The result matters more than the column count.
Icons can support a phone number or email, but should not replace the readable value.
Reflect the job description only where the words accurately describe your experience.
